I’ve been training for 3 years, but I only started seeing real changes once I fixed my nutrition, changes happened after 5 weeks of consistency, and the final result after 2 months. The thing is I used to eat way too little protein and wasted so many workouts during thise 3 yrs because of it. Now I aim for 100–120g of protein a day. It’s not always easy, but I’ve found ways to make it work. For example: • I use a blender instead of drinking shakes (I hate protein shakes tbh). • I make high-protein snacks like ice cream or yogurt mixed with whey. • I eat less refined sugar and switched to natural sugars from fruits. Bananas are my go-to, I use them to sweeten high protein recipes like cheesecakes with cottage cheese. It’s all about retraining your taste buds. AND the real key to these results is: Consistency.
