@davesengines: Machining a 6.0L Powerstroke to help prevent the failures these engines notoriously have - we always check “new” castings to make sure they are good, because we know that new doesn’t mean it’s good to go #autoshop #enginebuild #enginerepair #enginebuilding
I had a 6.0L and put 350,000 and never had head gasket issues. Just about every other problem with that motor, I did have however

Can you show how you set it up so it’s perfectly level? I’m confused on how you would base level.

can you explain how you develop your initial level to machine on the head if the head isn't level even out of the box?

Had my 6.0 bulletproofed, kept eating injectors and failing. Finally fixed ALL the 6.0 issues by throwing the PowerOnStrike out and putting in a 12V 5.9 Cummins. Thanks Diesel Conversion Specialists!

What the hell is this?!? :
Why not add more bolts or is that impossible to machine being that we know why the 6.0 has more head gasket failures than the 7.3

Quick question. How come monster engines advertise this kind of work yet all their products won't last more than 6 months?🤔
