Giant is responsible for the production over 1 million bikes made per year between their 9 global factories. In total, Giant says a TCR Advanced SL frame has 270 total pieces and requires up to 20 hours of work to make each frame. 10 percent of all TCRs are the Advanced SL frame, making this labor-intensive process a rare occasion to see.
