I agree. God has put it in my heart to build others. As a leader in my company I push others to build themselves. I leave my personal beliefs out to start so more people accept it.

If I remember correctly, a Sunday school teacher taught me we get that quote wrong. The reference is God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able to resist. But somehow it morphed.
