@shutyourmouthjackie: When I changed my warm ups and spent more time warming up my body. This changed my entire workouts. Mobility work has reduce knee pain, lower back pain, form and my mind to muscle connection. My warm ups can last 20-30 mins with stretching/mobility, but IF you have the time…IT WILL BE WORTH IT.
