I swear by Dr Dan’s cortibalm! Use it for a few days to whip them into shape and then switch to his maintenance balm. Only thing that has helped me EVER!

Exfoliate… Exfoliate…Exfoliate, then add your lip choice. You can’t keep adding dry lip stains to dry lips.
