If you can go to a butcher who can do you fresh munch and ask for it to be minced once, but with a good amount of fat in it. It’ll be the bomb. That one mince is the way to go

Here’s a massive tip: take out the beef mixture and put in a bowl. Than add grated cheese to it and mix. Then just make it normally and voila its acc so good. Pls can u make a vid of it and @ me in it
