It’s not that easy a lot of equity release are aimed at over 55s and offering life time mortgage, even if you loads of equity they still do affordability based on income so there is no garantee?

Hi Abi, I have equity in my house but on speaking to the bank, they will not let me transfer any equity into a limited company (that I'd want to set up). I could buy a 2nd property but need to be mine
