I worked in a ortho clinic. Showed the doctor x-rays of a pt we are about to see with bad osteoporosis. She goes, yeah that's normal in someone elderly. I go...she's 32 😩 Sure enough, she BF-ing

Dentist here. Tooth decay in babies are usually because of the sugar in milk, baby sleeping in pooling of milk at night & not brushing their teeth.

There’s no evidence to suggest breastfeeding caused tooth decay. Usually due lack of mouth and tooth hygiene combined with giving infant food that contains sugar eg fruits and sweets early .

Do not drink calcium supplements! 1st- it’s not gonna help (and could make it worse), 2nd- just cut out sugar, 3rd- eat and drink your vitamins and minerals (all of them)
