Sodium intake can play a big factor as well. Last time it took me 16 days to recover. it was debilitating and I was constantly nauseated.

Do you get like fuzzy hearing, it’s not ringing just fuzzy? I had an episode 2 weeks ago, the hangover part is the worst, had another episode today and did the epely maneouver and now in another hangover stage of BPPV 😫 so tired of it. Last time I had this was last year or 2 years ago.

Hey sorry I’ll do a video on this again when I get time, but to update, I had vertigo on and off for a year and a half, I’ve now been just over 1 whole year without it, got my bloods checked and was lacking in vitamin D so consistently took that and I don’t do any activities that are too physically demanding to avoid triggering it, I gradually try to push myself in small amounts, hope this helps anyone ❤❤
