Mix everything together and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Step 2: Cheesy Garlic Pizza Base Ingredients:  1.5 Tbsp salted butter 1.5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced  1 Tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped Salt + pepper to taste  9oz/250g pizza dough - see my video tutorial or use storebought Handful of grated mozzarella cheese Handful of grated parmesan cheese Garlic butter:  Heat butter + olive oil in small pan over med-low heat. Add in garlic and let simmer over low for 1-2 mins (be careful it doesn’t brown/burn)…add in parsley, salt + pepper to finish.  To cook the pizza base: Preheat your broiler/grill. Cook by stretching dough out and laying into a lightly oiled preheated frying pan (28cm/11inch or larger) on the stovetop.  Cook over medium high heat, topping the dough (including the crust) with garlic butter and mozzarella + parmesan cheeses. When the bottom of the crust is golden and crispy, transfer to a rack placed in the upper 1/3 of your oven. The grill/broiler will cook the base in 3-4 minutes, watch closely so it doesn’t burn. Remove when golden and bubbly.  Step 3: Assemble Ingredients:  150g/5 oz ball of burrata cheese Garlic oil Flaky sea salt + pepper Top the pizza base with the tomato topping (drain off excess tomato juice) place the ball of burrata cheese in the middle and finish with a little drizzle of garlic oil and some flaky sea salt + pepper. You can also omit the tomatoes and burrata if you just want some good cheesy garlic bread.
