Probably has to tune it during the day at the same time it will be played. Might fall out of tune overnight when temperature and humidity changes.

many people don’t know that there are actually three strings per key for most keys on the piano so it’s really tough work to get every string exactly in tune like this man is doing

he probably has to tune it every day because slow pulling doesn't set in the pin block. you hear unisons go out as he lifts the hammer
