because of LED lights I decided to drive around with fog lamps on. if LED lights can blind me and be that bright I can have front foglamps on to brighten my road a little more

If you encounter this car head on it will blind you, if it follows you the glare on your rear view mirror is just as bad. LED lights for cars are a horrible and dangerous idea.
