I got a daith piercing in both ears for migraines and I went from a migraine almost everyday to only a few a month. Miracle worker. worked for a couple friends and family members too

Actually, research suggests no difference in migraine frequency following this kind of piercing. It’s all about placement on a specific nerve, i.e, it’s up to chance more than anything.

i got mine at 15 for migraines because mine lasted days at a time. it has definitely helped me not have as many but i still get them pretty periodically
