I got a daith piercing in both ears for migraines and I went from a migraine almost everyday to only a few a month. Miracle worker. worked for a couple friends and family members too

I’ve had both sides pierced for 8 years now. They help a little but definitely don’t get rid of them! I still to this day consistently get headaches and migraines often!

I got one on one side and i never get a headache on that side of my head but i do on the side i dont have one 🤦🏼♀️
