@ash.lol101: As a first time mom i didnt want to have a c-section, i had a birth plan and i knew exactly what i wanted. At my 36 week ultrasound i found out my daughter flipped breach. It felt like my whole world came crashing down, i did everything in my power to make her flip so i could have the birth i wanted to have. I went in on january 3rd for an ECV * External cephalic version* i went in knowing there was a slim chance she wouldnt flip but i still had hope. I got the epidural and my ob started to do the maunal flip, even with the epidural i was in pain. I felt like my ribs were cracking and i couldnt breath while they were doing it. They kept monitoring my daughters heart beat as they did the flip, and it dropped to 70 bpm so they said to take a 5 minute break and by then i was in so much pain i didnt want to continue. They went to go again and i said no, i was crying asking god why. Why me? About an hour later i went into the OR room, i had no idea what was going on, i was crying, excited knowing i was going to meet mh duaghter within the next 45 minutes, scared not knowing what could happen to me or my daughter. All of the above was running thru my mind. But i am forever grateful for my team of surgeons and my boyfriend being there right by my side. I now have a beautiful scar that will always remind me that i grew and nourished a human inside me. #fyp #teenmotherhood #csectiondelivery #csectionmom
