Banana Pudding Rice Krispie Treats 9×13-inch pan (line with parchment paper) Ingredients Rice Krispie Layer * 1 stick butter * 2 (10-ounce) bags mini marshmallows * 2 ripe bananas, mashed * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract * 1½ cups crushed vanilla wafers * 10 cups Rice Krispies cereal Banana Pudding Layer * 8 ounces cream cheese, softened * 2 cups whole milk * 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes French vanilla instant pudding * 2 cups heavy whipping cream * ¼ cup light brown sugar Garnish * Whole vanilla wafers * Reserved whipped cream Directions 1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper. 2. Melt butter over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth. 3. Stir in vanilla extract and mashed bananas. 4. Fold in crushed vanilla wafers. 5. Stir in Rice Krispies until evenly coated. 6. Press gently into the prepared pan. Let cool completely. 7. Beat together cream cheese, milk, and pudding for about 2 minutes. 8. Whip heavy cream with brown sugar until stiff peaks form. 9. Fold two-thirds of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
