i had a coles worker yell at me in front of everyone , scan ur big items first after I'd scanned a few small items. tbh if they want us to use self service then let us scan how we want.

I find the little camera on the machines at Woolies worse. I was made to stop multiple times to have my purchases “verified” because it picked up me putting my reusable bags down as stealing 🙄

They’ve got like 9+ self serves to watch, they aren’t allowed to help you scan. Just threaten to give them bad feedback on tell Coles/complain to manager and they’ll find someone to open a register.
