@matthewnoconnor: Unless recommended otherwise by ahealthcare professional, my preference with zinc supplements is to always keep the dose on the lower side at 10 to 15 mg of elemental zinc per day. Taking too much zinc in a supplement can cause imbalances of other key minerals like copper. And supplementing at 10 to 15 mg of zinc, which is still in line with daily recommended dietary intake of 11 mg of zinc per day, will reduce the risk of causing mineral imbalances. #zinc #zincsupplements
