In recent studies, women have excelled quicker and faster than boys in every subject including stem. so really we should be telling the boys they can be as good as the girls.

Science was originally considered a feminine skill. Women were seen as witches or Devine bc we passed on knowledge to our daughters. Women were the finance directors in homes before industrial rev too

The sentiment is good but that is wrong! I’m a scientist. I just tell my daughter science is life & it’s fun and to be able to understand it you need to learn maths. No need to bring in gender!

problem is you will always be compared to those around you irregardless of who you are and if it's a Male dominated industry and the ppl quit because they may think they can't do as well then that's
