I have chronic pain or fibro and some days I'm in so much pain I CRY and crawl on floor, but I hired a cleaner once a week and gave up smoking to pay for it. I clean also on good days

I find the cleaning helps get my head back straight it’s a struggle some days but you gotta do what you gotta do when you got kids, there’s a difference between messy and dirty

mouse droppings can also transmitt viruses. I can be messy and have clutter but I've never had rodents! anxiety and chronic pain here.
