Sunday dinner 💕 Fried catfish meal Ingredients - catfish fillets - Sweet potatoes - Brown sugar - Sugar - Sweet cream unsalted butter - Greens (Turnip , collard , mustard) - Turkey necks - Seasoning (Kinders all purpose , Kinders buttery garlic blend , onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper) - Velveta cheese - Heavy cream - Mac & cheese blend (Mozzarella, Colby jack, mild Cheddar) - Cream of chicken - Chicken broth - Fish fry your choice I use (Nola) - Mustard - Egg - Jiffy cornbread Directions Catfish - Add just a tablespoon of mustard (Don’t over do it like me lol) - Season with Kinders Buttery garlic blend - Toss fillet in Egg - Toss into batter - Fry in hot oil for about 7 mins or until crispy Greens - clean turkey necks - Pat dry - Season - Add turkery necks in a pot - Add chicken broth - Add water - Boil until meat is tender - While meat is cooking - Pick clean & cut greens - Add greens - More chicken broth - Let simmer for 30 mins - Add seasoning (Kinders all purpose , Kinders buttery garlic blend , onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper) - Add onions - Cook for additional 30 mins Yams - Peel & Cut Sweet potatoes - Add 3 sticks of unsalted sweet cream butter - 2 cups of sugar - 2 cups of brown sugar - Melt on 1 min in microwave - Add over cut sweet potatoes - Cook on medium high for 45 mins or until softened - Add cinnamon once done Macaroni - Grate (Mozzarella, Colby jack , Mild Cheddar) - Cheese sauce add 1 bottle small Heavy cream - 1 whole block of SMALL Velveta cheese cut - Add 1/3 cup of grated cheese mixed - Melt & mix on medium high for 15 mins - Add cellentani noodles or your choice to boiling water - Boil for 12 mins - Drain water - Add to pan - Season (Kinders buttery garlic) - Add cream of chicken - Pour cheese sauce over noodle mixture - Add grated cheese on top - Bake on 375 for 30-35 mins until top is nice Golden & bubbly #fyp #fypシ゚viral #sunday #cooknwkai #cooknwkaikyianna #kaikyianna #food #Foodie #trending #viral #friedfish #comfortfood #soulfood - @kay.gorg
