the beauty of a classic as a daily is that even if you replaced the wrong part, that part is now new. any parts that are replaced now are parts you don't need to replace on the side of the road. plus-

I had a hole in my fuel line on my 77 F150. It’d still run, but it took a while to start cause it had to pump fuel back from the hole to the carb. Crazy when they still work despite that though.

Freakin youtube mechanics. Always start with the obviously broken thing. Even if it doesn’t fix the issue you’re chasing, you still fixed a problem.

Buy part replace part if that part don’t work replace something else then so on and so forth. Process of elimination eventually everything’s new😂

Even if the part wasn’t the “fix”, it’s not like it’s wasted. Plus, it’s a learning experience. If you replace something and it isn’t fixed, you can diagnose it better next time. This is why kids are afraid to work on cars these days

the dude you're replying to either didn't watch your original video, hasn't ever worked on a car, or is just being a douche. it's a shame the car community has so many idiots like that.
