55 here and walking 6 miles a day on my walking pad. My balance has definitely improved and I’m down to 120 pounds. I feel great. Will be starting weights next.

I run a resistance band exercise class for the over 60s their physical and mental transition have been phenomenal. Walking sticks discarded, pain is manageable, falls drastically reduced 💪.
