@raising.cedar: We started travelling with our son as soon as he was three months old with a trip to Mexico. It was totally scary to take him on a plane for the first time, hoping he would cry as little as possible. Not to mention being worried if he was to get sick. But travelling with baby encourages you to adapt and trust your own instincts. It makes you flexible as a parent.
