Pour granulated sugar into a small bowl, add 1/8 tsp of water at a time and mix well after each addition. 2. Pour brown sugar into a small bowl, repeat same process. For brown sugar, use only 3/8 tsp water. 3. Add brown sugar into the mold of your choice, press firmly. Then, add granulated sugar and press firmly. Add more granulated sugar as needed to fill the mold. 4. Air dry for at least 24 hours at room temperature so it is dry enough for easy release from the mold.
