I’ve had personal experience with mock Jesus we have a stuck cylinder and we put 175 psi to it and it hit me like a rocket good luck

Put a T-piece in with an extra ball valve so you can charge it/use the volume without having to disconnect it every time maybe?

I think you’re gonna have to find a way to pressurize the cylinder completely before you release it. Otherwise it’s just gonna keep flopping out

Use a nitrogen tank to fill the propane tank so that you have the psi you need and the volume

Hear me out. 2 tanks “T’d” together with the ball valve. Yes one would do the job, but more is always better! And the air chuck tied in before the ball valve to fill the tanks up.

I’ve seen with my own 2 eyes our mechanic use his service truck compressor at 80lbs rocket stubborn rod out on a CAT 545 boom cylinder. 1st time I ever saw it. I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t see it
