I’m athletic and take my nutrition seriously (have to) as I train daily. But damn - biscoff spread and croissants are NOT off the table! I eat everything. Just within reason. Protein first. ☺️

I think a lot of anti-carb chat has come from talk about insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes, but people seem to be applying it to all, when focus should be cutting out highly processed carbs.
