Cole Brings Plenty (CoCo), a young 27 year old indigenous man was found deceased on Saturday under mysterious circumstances, days after his family reported he was missing. He went missing on March 31st. Prior to his dissaperance he attended a concert at the Replay Lounge in Lawerance, Kansas. At some point during the concert his hair got tangled up in a microphone wire. When a woman by the name of ALEXIS ZABALA cut his hair without his consent. For Indigenous people their hair is sacred for so many reasons. It holds Knowledge,Wisdom, Power, Resilience , and medicine. They rightfully wear it with PRIDE. They wear their hair long for those who couldn’t. They wear their hair long for all the times their hair was cut. Each strand stands for Body-Mind- and Spirit. Indigenous or not wear a braid, wear 2, wear many. Wear them for the past, present . Wear them for the many who’s have been cut & attacked🤎 Cole’s sister, Kyla Mercy Red Bear , who also commonly went by Kyla Jo was a Standing Rock Sioux Tribe member also passed from mysterious circumstances . She was reported missing August 2nd 2023, her body was found a few days later in a wooded area in Brookings South Dakota. There is SO much much more on Coles + his sister Kyla’s case.
