no man..the most safety place to walk at night is singapore..i've been there and i know..y?? cuz i saw a lady which is preg walk at the park to go laundry at 3am in the morning..

I can verify most of the places are safe since i ran around the area sometimes early in the morning. but sure be careful and there're some places that are not safe
