@gabexrocha: The trick to having visible abs without being at an extremely low body fat %. Doing ab exercises such as crunches or sit up with weight will help build thicker abs. Abs are just like any other muscle and if you want them to grow and be visible we need to add weight to them. Start adding weights to your ab exercises and watch how challenging it can be but also watch how much more your abs start coming out.
