Nope. Update resume. Interview. Secure offer higher then co-worker. THEN have conversation with boss. If there’s no bump that’s at least 3% higher than co-worker, leave. That simple.

I went through this situation once but I found out EVERYONE was making more than me. They were all making 85k and I was making 60k. I ended up quitting that job and starting the business I have now
