If I wanted to become a Customer Support Specialist, I’d practice writing professional emails, handling customer concerns, learning CRMs like HubSpot or Zendesk, and using AI to draft responses while keeping a human touch. If I wanted to become a Shopify Developer, I’d focus on Liquid, theme customization, JavaScript, app integrations, debugging, and AI-assisted coding workflows. Notice what’s happening.
