Millets are one of the healthiest and oldest  foods on the planet. They are especially a great staple for gluten-intolerant people and i made this recipe using affordable ingredients so anyone can do it! MILLET TORTILLAS🌾🌮 -1,1/2 cups of millet  -water for soaking -handfull spinach  -parsley  -salt  -pepper -garlic powder  -olive oil  🥣STEP BY STEP: •soak the millet overnight  •use a blender to combine all ingredients  •if too thick add 2 tbsp of water per time  •on a pan heat a tsp of olive oil so your tortilla won’t stick. •poor the mix around 3-4 tbsp to make a small tortilla •use a spoon to give the shape as it’s a thick batter and it doesn’t spread evenly. MUSHROOM STUFFING:🍄🧅 -500g mushroom of your choice  -1 medium onion  -olive oil -2 garlic cloves minced  -salt  -pepper -parsley  🥣STEP BY STEP  •stir fry the onion with garlic and olive oil until golden and soft  •add mushrooms and spices and cook for about 5 min on medium heat  •keep stirring so nothing will get stuck to the bottom of the pan and eventually burn  PINK BECHAMEL 🌱 -3 tbsp vegan butter  -3 tbsp flour  -2 cups soy milk  -1/2 tsp ground black pepper  -3/4 tsp nutmeg  -for color 1 small beet or purple potatoes already baked or boiled  🥣STEP BY STEP: •in a pan on low heat melt the butter with some of the milk , add the flower and stir until combined with no lumps . •slowly poor the rest of the milk and spices and boil until thickened. •use a blender and mix the bechamel with the beetroot until you have a nice texture. •store in the fridge up to 5 days #fyp #foryoupage #contentcreator #millet #cereal #Sustainability #foodonabudget #zerowaste #zerowasteliving #Recipe #healthyfood #zerowastefood #homemadefood #EasyRecipe
