Yeah it's weird I've never had issues with my achilles until a basketball game earlier this year. I have a tendency to play too long & I definitely tweaked something. That being said I've been needing to wear ankle supports because both of my achilles have been bothering me. I'll give this PT a chance tomorrow and see how I feel afterwards

Gents, that is the best bit of advice I have seen. My Achilles has been absolutely wrecking me. I have just done 4 x 45 on both isometric holds 👍🏻
