@crazykoreancooking: Made Gamjatang for dinner. Gamjatang (Spicy Pork Bone Soup) is believed to be originated from Incheon, Korea as food popular among railroad builders around 1899. This delicious soup was made with leftover bones after all the meats were sold to the upper class. (For our dinner, I also added back ribs for more meat.) Today Koreans love to eat them as late night food after drinking or clubbing or while drinking. When my parents tried soul food for the first time, collard greens reminded of them this soup.
