Go to a butcher and ask for fatty minced meat with at least 20%, the best would be 25-30% for the crust. Spreading melted butter on the buns makes a big difference in taste

Start using parchment paper for forming, seperating and moving your burgers around. Just buy a big roll and cut into squares. Don't pay out for pre made burger sized ones ❤️🖤
