I mean... I see the point sometimes... eg I might have my child vegetarian but limit dairy - so Id put them as vegan at nursery where I cannot control that but sometimes give dairy at home.

Wow, chef is going above and beyond! When I was in hospital last they flat out told me "we can't accommodate your allergies", I didn't have anyone to bring me food. Put enough sugar in tea it's a meal

I’m a chef in a nursery, I’m very lucky that we are very strict on not letting preferences unless religious & making sure allergy’s have proof but even with that there’s still a lot & it’s hard /1
