Only Americans or Canadians say annartica. Maybe Australians. But then again they pronounce candidate cannadate and introduce innerdooce

It depends on the context for me. Often, if it is at the start of a sentence, I will use the T. But if it’s in the middle then I will often lose it.

I'm french and some people including myself also say antarctique as a mirroring of arctique even though it's not in the spelling of antartique

From most of the words you said, the Ts are usually pronounced where I'm from (Glasgow, Scotland). Even Antarctica has two Ts pronounced

I don't think you'd hear the word 'annartica' in most British English accents. it's quite common also to pronounce the T in words in received pronunciation.
