It depends on the context for me. Often, if it is at the start of a sentence, I will use the T. But if it’s in the middle then I will often lose it.

From most of the words you said, the Ts are usually pronounced where I'm from (Glasgow, Scotland). Even Antarctica has two Ts pronounced

I don't think you'd hear the word 'annartica' in most British English accents. it's quite common also to pronounce the T in words in received pronunciation.
