You are 100% legal to operate any motor vehicle or heavy machinery, or anything else for that matter? If you are prescribed Adderall, you are 100% allowed to take it. I am a heavy equipment operator I have a prescription for Adderall and my employers are very aware of it. And I run heavy equipment for 12 hours a night every single night. So that cop is all the way wrong, and he should be fired, and I hope that guy he took that to court and kicked his a** all the way through the courtroom
