I used to try to swim underwater for like most the length of the pool when I had to swim butterfly to avoid actually swimming it Like id do 1 or 2 strokes do a flip turn then mostly dolphin kick again

yeah it was hard until you broke your stamina and you coud just swim and swim not get bored or tired in when you compete for medals you need strenght and speed 8 years of expirience in swiming btw
