@kileydelia: It may not seem like such a big deal but to my family & I, it is. My mom walked up the stairs for the last time that day, stairs that she used to walk up and down religiously with no assistance. I can admit she is getting worse but thats whats expected with dementia. So we do anything we can to make it just a little bit easier for her. While obviously buying a ranch style house is not an option this will serve its purpose. Big thank you to the company from installing to helping with instructions during this time & how quick the process was.
