@choosingchia: Mocha latte chia pudding!☕️ Coffee🤝🏻chocolate. One of the best favours to combine and one of my all time favourite flavours of chia pudding to enjoy in the morning for an extra energy boost! This is a variation of my classic coffee chia pudding that adds 1 tbsp of cocoa powder. Full recipe below and I’ll link the coffee chia pudding recipe in my bio as well! MOCHA LATTE CHIA PUDDING * 1/4 cup chia seeds * 1 tbsp cocoa powder * 3/4 cup milk of choice (use at least half coconut milk for an extra creamy chia pudding) * 1/4 cup coffee or espresso * 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey * 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or a jar until combined. Keep mixing until the chia pudding starts to thicken slightly to prevent it from clumping! Then place the chia seeds covered in the fridge overnight, or for at least 3 hours to set.
