u could make it an art wall ! get lots of frames with paintings and pictures etc & maybe some wall lamps because that might help make it feel brighter without changing it

Put some of the bulb string lights around it and put some shelves that are green like that one wall and get a polaroid camera and take pictures and hang them and maybe get some pics in frames also.
