@dr.dan_dpt: While these are great ways to relax and take the edge off of your symptoms, it is still important to take time to find the true cause and address it at the source. Sometimes if I stand for too long, the muscles on either side of my mid-back start to burn like crazy. Standing straighter/hunching extra makes it worse too. The only thing that helps is laying flat

I discovered I do it to myself during my sleep, so when I wake up my back is bent outwards pretty tightly until I'm fully awake and start releasing getting up and stretching.

Been having pain by T7 when stretching or reaching high. I do sit for long periods of time and core muscles are minimal. Not sure what can help.

I cannot lay on my stomach at all, when I get up it kills & it’s stiff. But I can’t bend backwards and I get pain from standing a while BUT tailbone injury hurts from sitting on certain surfaces 😭
