Remove from water, pat dry with paper and cut broccoli pieces. 3. On a baking tray, put baking paper sheet, space the broccoli on there, top with another sheet and press the broccoli with a wooden spoon to smash them. 4. Sprinkle fine herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper and of course, all of your grated parmigiano cheese. 5. Grill in a preheated 200 degrees oven for 5’. 6.
