@claremorrow_ifbbpro: 🤗 Yes, your body requires 1300 cal just to run itself. So if you find yourself with very low energy, losing hair and your grouchy think about how many calories you’ve been eating, & how long have you been eating that low? If you have been that low for two months or more, there’s a very good chance your metabolism has adjusted to what you’re doing and that’s why you’re having a hard time losing more weight because technically you’re no longer in a calorie deficit. 🤔🤔 SO HOW do we fix this? You bring your calories back up slowly, & you won’t gain fat if you do this correctly. It’s what is called a reverse diet: So let’s say you’ve been eating 1300 cal a day, then take it up to 1400 cal a day for one week. Monitor your progress via measurements because the scale is not accurate. Especially if you lift. 💪 The next week go up to 1500 and so forth. Once you get to maintenance calories stay there for a bit, and then you can come back down slowly so you do not crash your metabolism. #weightloss #weightlossprogress #fitnessmotivation #weightlossmotivation #caloriedeficit #diet #nutritiontips #nutritionist #fitnessgoals
