Make sure you keep your original receipt! They need the proof that it wasn’t over a year old. I used to work guest services at Target for almost 5 years.

A lot of Targets are changing this bc the policy was taken out of context. It’s only a quality defect that is supposed to be returned not your kid outgrowing it

Most targets have stopped taking returns for cat and Jack. I used to do it all the time and cried when they said I couldn’t do it anymore

Our Targets won’t accept returns for them now after the appropriate timeframe unless something is wrong with them. 😔

I do this with my boys every October I get pants , long sleeves and sweatpants then every April I go with those clothes and get shorts , tees etc . It’s a must !
