@fityassa: a concept I really try to emphasize in my workout guides // I used 10 reps as an example because that’s usually the standard amount and nothing wrong at all with doing 10 reps IF it’s challenging enough for you — if you do 10 reps and still feel like you could do another 5-10 reps, then either you push yourself to do 15 or increase the weight/slow down the tempo/etc the following set // also wanted to highlight that RIR is a great tool to use but you want to be careful incorporating it during exercises where failing could be dangerous 🫶🏼 #rir #repsinreserve #workout #womensworkouts #musclegrowth #workouttips #trending #fyp
