Try to contact them, I ordered a vent hood insert from ZLine and i didn’t check but after 10 months the insert steel part was missing I contacted them and send me the missing part

Oh I was terrified of this! We bought all our appliances on Black Friday, but didn’t want to ripen them scared we’d mess them up. Thankfully (3 months later) we finally open and no damage!

We did the same thing! Ordered ours during a summer sale and 6 months later installed it which is when we found a big dent on the front of the fridge 😭

When you buy an appliance it has a one year warranty and you also can put one on longer. It’s very cheap and the best thing to do. Even if it’s just a sell at least you’re safe and worth it.
