I know the feeling, just had my 12 year old cat put down from bone cancer yesterday. She woke us up screaming in pain at 3am. So I completely understand the panic attack.

As a stressed mom of a human child, cat, and dog, the only answer I have is the stress is constant. If it's not present it's laying dormant ready to pounce at any moment because I have a toddler 🫠
